Vanton pioneered in the application of thermosplastic pumps with the introduction of its Flex-i-liner sealless, self- priming rotary pump (1950)-flow capacities to 40 gpm. This unique design permits wet or dry operation and limits fluid contact to two nonmetallic components. The Vanton line has grown to include horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps with fluid contact only with solid homogeneous themoplastics. Recent product introductions include ANSI process pumps and magnetically coupled sealless ANSI pumps with all themoplastic wet end construction. These corrosion and abrasion resistant pumps offer flows to 1450 gpm, heads to 280 ft, and temperatures to 275 F.
