Turbodina provides engineering services for the diagnostic, remedy and optimization of reciprocating compressors in the oil and gas production fields. We develop technology which consists in: multistage-multicylinder performance simulator, valve malfunctioning simulator, leakage detection, rod load simulator and obsolescence evaluation. One special area of concern is the effect of wear on performance. We use graphical tools in order to facilitate the comprehension and utilization of our engineering tools, in such a way that any qualified technician can handle it. Our tools allow operators to manage their fleet from their desks. Turbodina delivers seminars and workshops on basic subjects as Applications, Design and Construction of Reciprocating Compressors and also on advanced topics as Diagnostic and Optimization of Compressors, Valves and Rod Load Regime.
