It is possible at times that the customer may not seem right or reasonable but we are going to treat him/her as though they are. \r\n\r\nGuidance For Decision Making\r\n\r\nIf faced with a new situation and it is not clear what to do, let these three rules in this order be your guide: \r\nDo what the customer asks unless doing so would endanger someone's life or property. \r\nIf you do not know what the customer wants and you are unable to find out, do what you feel is in the customer's best interest. \r\nIf the question before you is an internal one and does not concern our customer, do what you feel is in the best interest of TGM \r\nAs long as our decisions and actions are driven by a fundamental belief that we want to serve our customer with honor and integrity, then we can do no serious wrong. We may make mistakes but their consequences will be short lived. Instead, mistakes will become opportunities to improve our services.\r\n\r\nThe First Major Goal \r\n\r\nTo develop a set of standardized tools, outage plans and reports and become so efficient in their use that every TGM job will achieve the same level of success and customer satisfaction. \r\n\r\nExperience \r\n\r\nAverage years of experience for TGM Corporate Staff and Technical Directors is 22 years. \r\nEach of TGM's Foremen averages 20 years of experience with turbine generators and have been with TGM about 8 years. \r\nEach of our turbine Crew Mechanics averages 10 - 15 years of experience and have been with TGM about 8 years.
