Preinsulated pipe systems for district heating purposes have formed STAR PIPE#s main business area the last 25 years, and the systems have proved their efficiency long time ago by giving reduced mounting costs and mounting times, reduced energy loss and a long maintenance free operating period.\r\n\r\nDuring late years the preinsulated pipe systems have found application in industrial systems, too and STAR PIPE has supplied pipes for several projects in Europe.\r\n\r\nTo give our customers within the industrial sector the best possible focus we have several years ago separated the industrial systems in an independent business area with its own organization.
