Shapotools metering pumps are high precision, positive displacement pumps manufactured to API 675 standards. Typical applications include the accurate dosing and mixing of acids, alkalis, slurries, viscous liquids, etc. that may be pumped at elevated, ambient or low temperatures 24 hours a day. Our range covers everything from the single pump to a complete, automated metering dosing system with all the necessary accessories. Our pumps are plunger and hydraulically operated diaphragm type with metering ranges from 3 to 15,000 litres per hour per pump head. We offer simplex, duplex or multiple head pumps (up to 12 heads) for handling different chemicals with a common motor. Each head has independent connections, and the capacity of each head is independently adjustable. Multiple pump heads can be arranged in a linear chain or in a tier formation.
