Refinery Terminal Fire Company Training Academy. A totally new training facility to meet the dynamic training requirements of the Refining and Petrochemical Industry.\r\nThe Refinery Terminal Fire Company (RTFC) was established in 1948 and is a Texas Non-profit Corporation. RTFC operates as a "cooperative" providing emergency response and training services for it's refining and petrochemical membership.\r\nThe objective of the RTFC Training Academy is to organize, maintain, and operate a specialized academy to provide experience and training in fire protection and emergency response.\r\nThe Training Academy was truly built "by the refining and petrochemical industry- for the refining and petrochemical industry".\r\nWe apply and teach from experiences gained in actural emergency incidents. The Training Academy sharpens and refines techniques and teaches from the ground up.
