Pigs Unlimited was founded because there was a void in the pig manufacturing process. Some companies manufacture foam pigs, some steel pigs, some cups and disc, and others manufacture brush units, but no one manufactures a total inclusive line. Pigs Unlimited fills this gap by manufacturing all styles of pigs and pig replacement parts such as cups, discs, wire brushes, and paraffin blades. The founders of Pigs Unlimited realized this short coming through their combined thirty-five years of experience in the pigging industry.\r\n\r\nPigs Unlimited can manufacture any style of foam pig including bare swabs, criss-cross, wirebrush, silicon-carbide, plastic bristle and total-wire design. Our foam mixing and pouring machines allow us to offer both standard two, five and eight-pound densities, as well as, special densities for specific applications. Our abrasive line of pigs for cleaning applications include standard steel wire and plastic bristle for internally coated and plastic pipe.\r\n\r\nAs for steel-mandrel pigs, we manufacture sizes ranging from 2" to 48" nominal pipe diameters with configurations including, but not limited to, two-cup, four-cup, two-disc, four-disc, conical-cup, multi-disc, articulated pigs, pigs with or without wire brushes or paraffin-removal blades.
