PC &E began operation in 1986. We had 10 employees, a small office, and a huge goal: "To be the best at what we do." Our progress was steady; in 10 years, we grew to three divisions and over 200 employees.\r\n\r\nInitially, PC & E focused on our E & I engineering expertise, but continually explored other fields and the expanded needs of our customers. The process and environmental engineering groups have expanded the company#s capabilities.
