INTEC was established in 1984 in Houston by its four principals, all of whom are still actively involved in the management and engineering operations of the company. The goal was, and still is, to provide engineering and construction management services to the international oil and gas industry. In the 13 years since its foundation, INTEC has been at the forefront of offshore technology development and is recognized as and industry leader in deepwater subsea production systems, deepwater pipeline design and transportation of fluids requiring special treatment because of potential hydrate formation, paraffin deposition, or sour service.
