Inline Services is a Texas Corporation located in Tomball. The company consists of 2 parts - our corporate and sales office based in Tomball and our mandrel pig and brush manufacturing plant in Ft Madison, Iowa. Our product line primarily focuses on pigging and related equipment for the Oil and Gas pipeline, and automated product displacement pigging systems for process plants engaged in blending and packaging such as industrial and consumer products (paint, soaps).\r\n\r\nInline Services offers products to the Oil & Gas market, which is made up of major oil, gas and liquids customers primarily in the United States but does include some international sales. In addition to our PLC mandrel pig products, we also offer urethane replacement seal parts, foam pigs, solid urethane pigs, spheres, and other related pipeline pigging equipment. Inline also represents the Apache pigPRO pig detector and the Nautronix line of Helle Pig Tracking Equipment. Inline is known for their application knowledge to design built for purpose pigs and customer services. We also offer field supervision to assist our clients with their pigging procedures and projects.\r\n\r\nInline Services also produces a full line of pigging products for the Process Industry including our patented, fully automated VIPRS Sanitary Pigging Systems. The VIPRS System and related equipment save time and money, both from recovering sellable product normally drained to waste as well as reducing the amount of effluent waste caused when water and chemicals are used to rinse out residual product. Inline's Pigging Systems allow the client to run pigs between batches, adequately removing the initial product in preparation for the second product run. Our key applications in this market are lube oils, paints, consumer products (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry detergents) and food grade products such as dairy and pet foods.
