The Council is a Corporation orgainzed under the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act and is exclusively for educational purposes. It offers to its members and non-members a number of different courses and services, which are outlined on this site.\r\n\r\nThe Houston Area Contractors' Safety Council now offers courses via multimedia. Computer knowledge is not a pre-requisite for these courses. Students that have gone through training via multimedia have given favorable response towards this training method.
