Des-Case Corporation was founded in 1983 to provide the hydraulics industry with innovative solutions to extend oil and equipment life. The original Des-Case breather was born at the request of a Mobil Oil company engineer who was looking for a way to enhance the performance and longevity of his products. The original and subsequent Des-Case breathers are the brainchild of Jim Waller, Des-Case's founder and president. A filtration engineer by trade, Jim's entrepreneurial spirit took hold and the company opened its first manufacturing facility and quickly enhanced its initial product offering. \r\n\r\nIn 1995, further expansion was necessary and Des-Case built a new manufacturing and distribution center at its current location in White House, Tenn. Sales growth warranted a second expansion in 1997 and the company doubled its capacity. Des-Case Europe was founded several years later. With a growing international presence and the addition of subsequent product lines, the business continues to flourish. For nearly two decades, the company has enjoyed an excellent reputation for product and service quality, dependability, and business integrity.
