Find a need....and fill it!\r\n But, then do even more and perform beyond the customer's expectations.\r\n In 1964, Ernest Hotze set out to fill the need of customers who had difficulty finding a timely supply of quality compressor parts. \r\n Filling an industry need for components and services that increase compressor efficiency and provide longer service life, spurred CECO to utilize more efficient manufacturing equipment and techniques, to significantly improve designs and to set new standards for materials and performance.\r\n CECO was born out of a salesman's sincere desire to satisfy the customer's needs. CECO filled a gap in service and was successful because of customer satisfaction.\r\n This old-fashioned idea of customer satisfaction has been the guiding force with CECO and is the principal reason our company has become the largest independent manufacturer of compressor replacements parts in the world.
