Founded in 1959, Chemical Design, Inc. has long been applying adsorption techniques, often on a "first of a kind" basis. Some of these firsts include air plant feed purification with molecular sieve, polycrystalline silicon plant vent gas separation and purification, epitaxial silicon wafer production vent gas recovery, removal of CCL4 from chlorine plant "sniff gas" residues and removal of organics from acid vapors by adsorption. Although our specialty is adsorption, we have designed and built other types of process plants.
