Management is participating in Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative (CPMR) training.\r\n\r\n2.) COVERAGE. We will truly cover the territory. Our representatives' call frequency and end-user coverage is second to none! We are committed to continually evaluate coverage as demographics and the markets we serve mature. We will add personnel whenever we see the present or future need for doing so in a particular territory.\r\n\r\n3.) INTEGRITY. It is absolutely essential that we are honest and ethical in our business dealings. Burrus and Matthews was built over 40+ years, with integrity as a cornerstone of the successes we have enjoyed. We will not compromise our long term directions and future for short term gain.\r\n\r\n4.) RESULTS. Burrus and Matthews is a results- driven organization. All of our personnel are compensated based on success of the Company each month. The bottom-line success may be seen in the sales reports of our principals and distributors.
