A. S. Thomas, Inc. founded in 1955 is a manufacturer of compressor blades, blisks, impellers, etc. The company has extensive CAD/CAM and Knowledge-based software for implimentation of advanced manufacturing technologies used in the production of turbine components. New in-house manufacturing facilities, including high-precision 5-axis machining centers and a high accuracy DCC CMM, are used for the production and inspection of compressor blades, buckets, stators, rotors, impellers, blisks, etc. for power, marine, industrial and aerospace applications.
